Our family can't say enough wonderful things about Nashville Baby Boss. Not only did it allow Kane and I to sleep soundly at night knowing our baby was in the best care by their team of nurses, it allowed me to feel confident and calm in the whirlwind of bringing a newborn home. The nurses felt like family. They not only looked out for our babies, but also were amazing in taking care of me and all things postpartum. I truly don't know what I would have done without them especially with my husband who has to travel and having no family close by. I was incredibly grateful to have them with me at night and know the baby was in the best hands with their experienced nurses. Aside from the care, they made all our babies INCREDIBLE sleepers. Our babies were sleeping through the night in no time with their expertise sleep training. Highly recommend any new mom having Nashville Baby Boss help them with their transition of bringing home their newest addition. Or if you know a new mom, I highly recommend getting a gift card because a full night of sleep is the best gift you can give to a new mom!!!

Paula was our postpartum and newborn nurse at the hospital. She was caring and compassionate in every situation. As first-time parents, we needed all the advice we could get (they don’t provide an instruction manual, as they say) and she helped us with breastfeeding, bathing, swaddling, training our baby to sleep through the night, and all aspects of the early stages of being parents. Paula taught us to remember that the baby is not the boss, and she needs to be swaddled even though she may not like it at first! Had it not been for Paula, nobody in our house would’ve gotten any rest, baby included. She also advised us on the benefits of keeping a detailed schedule, and this has proven invaluable. Paula took great care of our daughter (and us too) and we wish Paula could stay with us forever.

Paula is the Baby Whisperer. She has a genuine love of babies, and such a huge heart. She has been my go to person for advice on napping and feeding schedules, medications, and really anything “baby”! I can text her anytime, day or night, and if she doesn’t know the answer, she finds it quickly and gets back to me. Paula has helped us in so many ways, and Jolie just loves her. We completely trust her with our baby girl. Paula is like family to us. She is AMAZING.

Words cannot express the lifesaver Paula has been to our family. As a mother of a child born with a birth defect, it was important for our family to find someone with medical experience that could provide help for our daughter's additional needs. However, Paula offered our family more than just medical experience. Paula and her “Dream” team staff were critical for our sanity while we were adjusting to the new normal of twin parenthood. Yes, the full night of sleep was a complete luxury, but it also allowed us to be more alert and engaging parents during their waking hours. When you become a parent, you have no idea how much you don’t know about babies. Paula’s expertise was life changing. She shared tips she has learned from years of caring for babies. The trial and error it would have taken to learn these things on my own would have been exhausting. Not to mention, having someone with a medical background was so helpful when my babies had rashes, reflux, or fevers that I didn’t know how to treat. She cares deeply for the babies she watches. Paula joined our family in November after our son, Decker, was born. At first, our world was upside down. When we came home from the hospital, Paula was there to save the day. She set my wife's mind at ease. Having Paula with our son gave us a chance to catch our breath. She cared for our child deeply and that allowed us to sleep soundly at night. She became family! We met Paula before the arrival of our twins. As soon as we saw her, we knew that she was the one. She helped them to gain weight by sticking to the feeding schedule and she had them on a sleep schedule very quickly! After they were sleeping through the night, we still wanted her to stay!
